BishopSound is proud to support Rise AV’s first-ever Elevate Programme, a pioneering initiative designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential women in the AV industry. This six-week leadership and career development programme equips delegates with the skills, confidence, and support to step into leadership roles and help shape the future of the sector.
We are delighted to announce that Victoria Bishop, Managing Director at BishopSound, has been selected as a delegate for Elevate 2025. Her participation reflects our commitment to investing in the professional growth of women and empowering the next generation of leaders in AV.
The Elevate Programme brings together 26 exceptional women from across the industry, offering immersive learning experiences, small-group challenges, and tailored mentorship. These opportunities foster leadership skills, collaboration, resilience, and innovation — all essential to building a stronger, more inclusive AV industry.
Rise AV’s mission is to champion gender diversity and professional development in AV, breaking down barriers and inspiring women to lead. By supporting Elevate and having Victoria Bishop take part, BishopSound is proud to stand at the forefront of creating meaningful change in the industry.
